Deposit agreement - When making your booking with DP Health and Fitness you will be required to transfer a non refundable payment of £25.00. This needs to be paid within 24 hours of the time you made the booking and the fee will count towards the total treatment fee. Failure to comply will mean your appointment request will be rejected.
Cancellation Policy Agreement - By booking with DP Health and Fitness you agree to the following. If you contact us 24 hours before your scheduled appointment and reschedule the appointment to another date, there will be no charge. If however you do not reschedule, then the full treatment fee of the service you have booked will be charged. This means that you can't rebook another appointment until the fee has been paid in full and DP Health and Fitness has the right to reject any further appointment requests. If you do not show for your appointment without getting in touch with DP Health and Fitness then you will also charged the full treatment fee. Please be aware if you are late for your appointment this could mean a shorter treatment time and the full treatment fee will still need to be paid , regardless of the lost time.
