A comprehensive initial consultation and assessment for new clients, designed to understand your individual needs before any treatment takes place.

During the consultation, we will discuss your current concerns, any areas of pain, discomfort or muscular tension, your medical and exercise history, lifestyle, training and any previous injuries or treatments that may be relevant.

A musculoskeletal assessment will then be carried out to identify areas of restriction, muscular imbalance, reduced mobility or other factors that may be contributing to your symptoms. We will discuss the findings with you and explain how they may relate to your movement or discomfort.

Where appropriate, the session may include sports massage treatment or other suitable techniques, tailored specifically to your needs. We will also discuss recommendations for ongoing treatment, recovery, mobility and injury prevention.

This consultation is particularly suitable for first-time clients who would like a thorough assessment and personalised treatment plan.

A personalised sports massage treatment designed to help reduce muscle tension, improve mobility and support recovery. Your session will begin with a brief consultation and assessment to understand your needs, areas of discomfort and any relevant injuries or training demands.

Treatment may include a combination of targeted and advanced massage techniques, deeper tissue work and stretching/mobility techniques, tailored to the individual. Whether you’re an athlete, regularly exercise, or simply experience muscular tension from everyday activities, the treatment will be adapted to suit you.

The aim is to help relieve tight and overworked muscles, improve circulation and range of movement, and leave you feeling more relaxed and mobile.

Please note: Sports massage should be tailored to your current needs, whether that’s recovery, maintenance, muscular tightness , injury or preparation for physical activity.
